Launchr

Your client relationship.
Launchr behind the work.

White-label and partner delivery for agencies, fractional CTOs, no-code studios, MSPs, accelerators and portfolio teams. You keep the relationship, the invoice and the credit. We do the build, the rescue or the run.

Where partners usually bring us in

Five situations, all of which end with someone needing production depth they don't want to hire for.

You sold the vision

The pitch landed. Now it needs to actually get built, on time, without you hiring a dev team for one job.

You inherited a prototype

A fractional CTO walks into an AI-built codebase nobody trusts and needs an independent read on whether to fix it or restart.

You need deployment and QA

A no-code studio ships beautiful screens and needs the backend wiring, hardening and launch work done properly.

You have stranded founders

An accelerator has a cohort of half-finished products and no capacity to rescue them one at a time.

You want software capability

An MSP wants to say yes to build work without standing up a development department to do it.

We built the factory on ourselves first

Which means we can show you the numbers most people won't publish.

Across 403 of our own builds (17 Jun – 22 Aug 2026), 27.5% could not reach a working, shipped state without a human stepping in — 37.8% for apps with real backends. That is the number that matters, and almost nobody publishes theirs: the last stretch is where AI builds die, and closing it is the entire job. We know exactly where it breaks because we broke it, on our own work, several hundred times.

Every example on this site is labelled for what it is — our own product, an internal proof build, or an illustration. You will not find a borrowed logo wall here, and you won't need to go looking for the catch.

How to start: one bounded job, priced up front, with a defined review point. You see the work before you put your name near it, and you find out on a job that matters whether we clear your bar. No retainer, no minimum, no programme to join.

What we do behind your relationship

Independent assessment

A plain-English read on an app you've inherited or been asked to quote: what works, what's broken, what's missing, what's risky.

Fix and finish

Close the defects. Complete the missing workflows, integrations, admin and launch work. Get it safely live.

Production hardening

Security, deployment, monitoring and the unglamorous last mile between "it demos" and "it runs".

Overflow build capacity

Fixed-scope builds when your team is full and the client won't wait.

Ongoing run

Hosting, patching, monitoring, incident response and small improvements after launch.

Portfolio reporting

For accelerators and portfolio operators: one consistent read across many products.

How we work together

Pick the model that fits the relationship. We don't need to be visible to do the work.

Referral

You send the job, we contract directly, you take a referral fee. Simplest.

White-label

We're invisible. Plain-label reports and deliverables, your brand on everything.

Co-delivery

Your team and ours on the same job, with a clear split of scope and ownership.

Portfolio programme

A standing assessment and rescue arrangement across a cohort or portfolio.

Wholesale capacity

An ongoing block of delivery capacity at agreed partner rates.

Partner protections — in the agreement, not just the pitch

No client poaching

Your client is your client. We don't market to them during or after the engagement.

Confidentiality

NDA as standard. Your client's code and data stay inside the engagement.

Plain-label reporting

Every report and receipt can ship unbranded or co-branded. Your call, per engagement.

Defined ownership

Code, accounts and credentials end up where the agreement says — normally with your client. Never held hostage.

A named human

One accountable person on our side, not a queue. Agents do the work; a human owns the outcome.

Agreed turnaround

Response and delivery expectations written down before the job starts, not discovered during it.

The first job, start to finish

Rather than dress up a polished case study, here is exactly what an engagement gives you — the real process, start to finish.

  1. You send one appA live link, a repo, or the client's description of what's going wrong. No commitment beyond this.
  2. We scan it — US$29Read end to end. Every defect named in plain English: security, wiring, broken flows, missing pieces. The US$29 is refunded after any Fix is accepted you approve.
  3. You get a report you can forwardPlain-label if you want it. Working / broken / missing / risky, separated — so you can make a call in front of your client without translating it first.
  4. We quote a fixed scopeThe findings, the price and the acceptance points, before anyone commits. You mark it up however your commercials work.
  5. We fix and prove itEvery finding in the approved scope is closed, re-checked and receipted — or you don't pay for that fix. The receipt is the deliverable, not a status update.
  6. You decide what happens nextHand it back to your client, keep us on Run, or walk away. No lock-in, no retained copy of anything you didn't agree to.
The bounded pilot: one app, one scan, one fixed-price fix, one review point. If it doesn't meet your standard, that's where it stops — and you'll have a written assessment of a client app for US$29 either way.

Bring us the job your team can't absorb

Tell us what's stuck. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it — including when the answer is no.
