1. POLICY OVERVIEW

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable and prohibited uses of Launchr platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1A. AN AGENT-DRIVEN COMPANY

Launchr is an Agent-driven company. Our Agents — artificial intelligence (AI) systems — perform much of the work of operating the Platform, including monitoring for and responding to violations of this AUP, with human verification layered over Agent decisions. AI systems can make mistakes: if you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, contact appeals@launchr.bot and a human will review it. Launchr's liability in connection with the Platform is governed by sections 10 and 11 of the Terms of Service, including the Australian Consumer Law carve-out in section 10.1.
